You’re driven, passionate, and dedicated to growth. So why do you still feel disconnected from your body—and from your own peace?

In this powerful conversation, we welcome Andria Winger, NASM-certified personal trainer and breathwork facilitator, to explore one of the most overlooked tools for transformation: your breath.

From breaking free of numbing coping mechanisms to calming an overactive nervous system, Andrea shares how intentional breathing can release buried emotions, rewire your stress response, and open the door to creativity and clarity. You’ll learn how to recognize when you’re stuck in “stress mode,” reconnect to your authentic self, and use breath as a daily anchor for resilience.

This isn’t just another wellness trend. It’s a practical, soul-deep approach you can use anywhere—whether you need to ground before a big meeting, shift out of overwhelm, or finally exhale years of holding it all together.

Workbook Moments: Breath as a Gateway to Presence

  1. Notice Your Default Breath
Pause right now. Are you breathing deep into your belly—or shallow in your chest?
Write: What does your breath tell you about your current state?

  2. Name the Coping Mechanism
What’s one “quick fix” you turn to when stressed (wine, overworking, scrolling)?
Write: What feeling is this helping me avoid?

  3. Create a Calm Cue
Choose one daily moment (before calls, after parking your car, etc.) to take 3 slow, deep breaths.
Write: How does your body feel after?

  4. The Vagus Nerve Switch
Practice humming or sighing on your exhale for 30 seconds.
Write: What shifts in your body or mind?

  5. Anchor in Worthiness
Write one sentence that reminds you you are enough—exactly as you are.
Breathe it in. Breathe it out. That’s your anchor.
